Please find the terms and conditions for purchasing products offered by Blue Ocean Industries (T/A Cottage Creations). Use of this website constitutes agreement between Blue Ocean Industries and the user and binds both parties to the terms and conditions. Also click here to read our privacy policy.

Security

We use Paypal online payment solutions for payment of purchases so we currently do not process online payments on our servers. We do however process all of our orders on secure SSL encrypted servers to secure submission of your personal information to our system in accordance with our privacy policy.

Payment

All payments for orders placed through our website are processed using Paypal, the industry standard in secure online payments. Orders will only be processed once payment has been verified by Paypal. All items remain the property of Blue Ocean Industries until payment is received in full.

Tax

All the products listed on the site include VAT at a rate of 21%. All non EU Billing addresses will have this tax deducted at the final checkout stage in the form of a discount. Verified VAT registered wholesale customers out side of Ireland will also have this tax reduced at checkout.

Website Content

We have made every effort to ensure that the photographic material and textual descriptions accurately reflect the product that you will be purchasing. There may be minor discrepancies between the images you seen and the product you receive but these are due to manufacturing tolerances and are beyond our control.

Shipping

All orders are processed once we have received payment in full. The efficiently of our shipping process depends greatly on the accuracy of the address information provided. Postcodes and zip codes must be check before submission to ensure their accuracy. We will not accept any responsibility for late delivery if there are errors in the delivery address. We employ a third party for the delivery of all our items and as a result we cannot guarantee accurate time and date of delivery. Claims of non delivery must be made with in 20 days of the order being processed.

We do ship worldwide. All customers have the choice of a number of different shipping options:

Standard Post

Standard Post is the most cost effective method of shipping but also the slowest. However, 90% of orders shipped within ireland are delivered the next day. We will provide you with a parcel shipping reference number whereby you can track your shipment on line.

Registered Post

Registered Post provides secure delivery worldwide*.  It allows you to track your delivery and provides you with a signature online for deliveries in Ireland and most European countries.What are the added benefits of using registered post:

Courier Post

Return of Merchandise

The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC) dictates that any unsuitable products may be returned to the seller within 7 working days of receipt as long as the items have not been opened and the packaging reminds in an `as new` state. Items will be returned at your own expense. In the case of a return you will need to lodge an RMA request. This can be carried out by logging in to your account and clicking our `Request RMA` button. You will then be issued with an RMA number which must be used to return the goods. Failure to carry out this procedure shall result in the goods being un returnable.

If your goods are damaged / faulty on delivery please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement / refund. If you wish to return any item please return the entire product, including the original packaging to :
